Miss Istanbul is a relatively new eatery located in the heart of trendy scene, Ponsonby Central fitted out in the previously located Fish Fish. The two owners – one serving us and one making the food, took me back to the authentic Turkish eateries where eateries are family run where there was only little English…
A quirky joint in the heart of Ponsonby. To my surprise the day we turned up on a mid week day for lunch, was to a very quiet and empty restaurant. However dont let that scare you off, I am sure its pumping during the weekends or evenings.
I think I am seriously sad — I have returned to Major Sprout 3x now and ordered the Creamy Mushrooms every time just changing it very slightly.
Owners of the very popular restaurant Rad has opened up their sister restaurant Champ Canteen in the very convenient location of the heart of Newmarket. Again bringing similar vibes to Rad, snug in a chic and bright location.
A busy new cafe popping up on the street of Parnell, where it seems to be the trend of new openings, bringing back a reason to come to Parnell and not to just stuff our face with chocolate at The Chocolate Boutique.

It has been a long time coming. Working up to Christmas and organising last minute holiday plans, I bring a new blog post for the new year. Brunch has to be one of my favourite meals, and you know when you visit a cafe, you are looking for that meal that just hits the spot.
Travelling Europe has been an absolute dream. I just casually flew to Geneva for the weekend, and it was great to finally just take a weekend casually, see the sites and feed our fat faces in country best know for potato, chocolate and cheese.
